Drawing Competition C.I.P

Hi bloggers in period 2 we did C.I.P and we are going to plan a colouring in competition and there are some questions on the TV so I will answer them.

What are some things we talked about in your group discussion? In my group discussion we talked about how we were going to do what we need to do. How we will get what we need and who we need to email.

How do you think we should organize this event? I recon we should organize this event by emailing the shops that we have decided to email. Then getting the picture that we have decided on.

Descriptive Writing

Hi bloggers today I made a story about how my music makes me feel. Here it is.

LO: Create a piece of writing that describes a place or setting inspired by your song. 

On the beach on a nice sunny day having fun with my family. Playing in the water, building some sand castles with some little rivers with my Dad and two little brothers. My Mum taking some photos. It was the most fun we had together. 

Went surfing and I fell in and flopped like a fish on land but I was in the water anyway. We had so much fun. My Mum watched Kade then my Mum and Dad switched and my Dad watching Kade and my Mum had fun with us like my Dad did. Then since we liked making sand castles we made some more. 

We drove home and watched a movie called "Cloudy with a chance of meatballs". My favourite part about that was when the strawberry gets in the robot suit and then helps the people get Chester and the Flitesmesfer.

Garage Band

Hi bloggers today we went on this thing called Garage Band. If you haven't heard of it, it's where you can make your own beats . Me, Daniel and Tevita were in a group and we made a beat. I think it is pretty cool here it is.

How to play Ki o rahi

Hi bloggers today's blog post is how to play Ki O Rahi.

In Ki O Rahi there are two teams formed. 1 team is called Kioma the other team is called Taniwha. 

 The Kioma has the goal of touching poles/pou then they score in the first circle and two people defending the barrel in the middle the Taniwha scores by having three people in the first circle and then chucking the ball/Ki at the barrel in the middle while the defenders defend the barrel. 

 The field is three circles they are named Te Roto, Te Ao and Pawero they are the circles that the Taniwha stand in for chucking the ball/Ki at the barrel in the middle. 

 The person coaching kicks the ball/Ki from the third circle called Te Marama somewhere and the two teams chase after the ball/Ki and that's when the game starts. 

 When Kioma scores the ball/Ki goes to Te Marama the person coaching and when the Taniwha scores by hitting the barrel they can keep scoring.
